Teams Must:
• Arrive by 2:00 PM
• Be ready for judging at 5:00 PM
• Cook at least 1 full bag of crawfish
• Bring all necessary cooking equipment and supplies

BTO listed as Additional Insured
If you plan to sell crawfish to the public, you must obtain a valid Temporary Food Handlers Permit from the City of Cleburne.
